ASE® Certified
Steering Pros, LLC (‘We’, the ‘Site’, the ‘Company’ or ‘SteeringPros.com’) makes no attempt to hide our preference and loyalty to Franchised Dealerships and ASE® Certified Repair Shops. We believe that the Undercar and HVAC Systems are too complex and the margin for error is too high to actively pursue Do-It-Yourself (DIY) customers. Therefore we strongly recommend that the installation of our Auto Parts (Remanufactured Steering Gears and Aftermarket A/C Compressor Kits) be performed by an automotive professional.
A/C Compressor Kits
We sell Aftermarket and OEM A/C Compressors as part of a “Kit” that includes the Receiver Drier (or Accumulator), Expansion Device (or Orifice Tube) and Santech® O-Ring Seals. At minimum, the HVAC System should be flushed using an approved solvent and the Accumulator / Drier should be replaced. Failure to perform either of those steps when replacing the A/C Compressor will void the Warranty. Please read each product’s Technical Notes for details on PAG Oil / Freon type and their respective capacities.
Our HVAC Kits are sourced from Ranshu Inc. headquartered in Sparks, Nevada, with additional DCs in Texas, Pennsylvania and Florida. Product and Labor Warranties are handled by SteeringPros.com, which is an Authorized Reseller for Ranshu Inc.
FREE VIN Decoder
Order accuracy is one of our primary goals. For this reason, we request the Vehicle Identification Number (‘VIN’) at Checkout. By knowing the exact Year / Make / Model / Trim of the intended application, we can ensure that an exact replacement is supplied. At minimum, we require the last 8 digits of the VIN to process the order. Orders received with missing or incomplete VIN information will not be processed until we’re able to follow up with the purchaser.

Core Deposit
Steering Pros, LLC requires a Core Deposit of $125 at Checkout to ensure prompt return of the Core. Our business depends on the rapid turnaround of these Cores, so we include a prepaid Return Shipping (‘RS’) label with every order. Our collection efforts begin at two (2) weeks for Steering Racks and four (4) weeks for A/C Compressors. On rare occasions, we may not require the Core to be returned at all — in which case we’ll notify the purchaser and refund the Core Deposit immediately. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to post to your Credit / Debit account.
Replacement Parts
We boast a 2% defective rate on products, but that still means Part failures do occur. Should this happen with your purchase, KNOW that you’re covered. Every Part sold on this Site includes a 24-Month / Unlimited-Mileage Warranty, and most replacement Parts are shipped the same day as the failure is reported to us. 30 Day Returns
You deserve to have confidence in your purchase, which should include the option to return unused or undamaged products without hassle. We allow a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return eligible products for a complete refund of the purchase price minus actual freight costs. Please contact us for RMA authorization and a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
