Only OEM Cores Accepted

All Cores must be returned within 30 DAYS — No Exceptions. Please include a copy of the Packing Slip to ensure proper credit. PDFs of the Invoice and Packing Slip can be downloaded from the MY ACCOUNT page. For full credit, Cores must turn freely from lock-to-lock and NOT exhibit any of the following issues:

  • Damaged Housing
  • Damaged Hard Lines
  • Broken Mounting Pads
  • Damaged Port Threads
  • Stripped Mounting Threads
  • Damaged Input or Output Shaft
  • Stripped or Twisted Splines

Depending on its condition, some Cores may only be eligible for partial credit or no credit at all. The return of your Core is extremely important to the function of our business. Unreturned Cores are so costly to replace that failure to return your Core in a timely manner may result in a voided Parts Warranty.

What Is A Core Deposit?

We charge a “Core Deposit” at Checkout to ensure prompt return of the Core. The amount of the Core Deposit varies based on the replacement value of the Core. Our business depends on the rapid turnaround of these Cores, so we include a prepaid Return Service (‘RS’) label with every order. Collection efforts begin at two (2) weeks for Steering Racks and four (4) weeks for Gearboxes. On rare occasions, we may not require the Core to be returned at all — in which case we’ll notify the purchaser and refund the Core Deposit immediately. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to post to your Credit / Debit account.
